LITCon 2021 has ended
To join a session, first add it to your personal Sched. Video conferencing links will open 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. Be sure to leave feedback for the presenters! ISBE credits will be issued based on the number of sessions you attend, and attendance will be tracked via the feedback you leave. Credit hours will be uploaded to Learning Hub for CPS staff within a week of the event. Non-CPS staff can reach out to rcarroll2@cps.edu for a signed ISBE form for your hours.

The Department of Libraries and Instructional Technology (LIT) is dedicated to the promotion of a myriad of literacies. With LITCon, we are converging information, media, and digital literacies to empower educators to develop innovative and engaging classroom experiences for all of our students at CPS. The sessions at LITCon will also center around the 4Cs (communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity) in order to further support meaningful student engagement.

No More CRAP!

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
As content creators get more savvy, we need to adapt the ways we research online. It's time to step away from the CRAP and move towards lateral reading as a more authentic method of research.
